Garden Ridge City is a city located in Comal County, Texas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Garden Ridge City is home to 1882 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 3205, making it Texas's 669th largest. The city spans an area of 8.05 sq mi (20.85 kmē), of which, 7.88 square miles (20.41 kmē) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 282nd largest by total area among Texas.
