Garber City is a United States city located in the Garfield County, Oklahoma, United States. In 2000, the population was 845. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 807, It is the 260th largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.49 mi˛ (1.27 sq km ), it is the 196th smallest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 845 people in the city, organized into 360 households, and 244 families residing in the city. The population density was 1721.2 people per square mile (664.56/km˛), giving it the 36th most densely populated city among the Oklahoma. There were 447 housing units at an average density of 912.2 per square mile (352.2/km˛). The average household size was 2.35 and the average family size was 2.93.
