Gandy Cdp is a census designated place located in Pinellas County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 2031. It is the 270th least populous in the U.S. state of Florida. The census designated place comprises an area of 16.55 mi˛ (42.86 square kilometre), of which, 2.55 square miles (6.6 square kilometre) of it is land and 14.01 square miles (36.29 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 107th largest by total area among Florida. It is ranks 15 in the size of its inland waterways in Florida.
