Fulton Town, Hanson County, South Dakota is a town located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 86 inhabitants. Its area is just over 0.85 sq mi (2.2 square kilometre), making it the 141st largest by size in South Dakota.
