Fulton County is a one of the county from Pennsylvania's 67 counties, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. Fulton County had an official population of 14261 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 14935, It is Pennsylvania's fourth least populous county. The county encompasses an area of 438.03 miē (1134.49 kmē ), of which, 437.57 square miles (1133.3 kmē) of it is land and 0.46 square miles (1.19 kmē) of it is water, it is the 16th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 14261 people, 5660 households, and 4097 families living in the county. The population density was 32.6 people per square mile (12.59/kmē), it is the fifth least densely populated county in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. There were 6790 housing units at an average density of 15.5 per square mile (5.98/kmē). The average household size was 2.5 persons, and the average family size was 2.95 persons. In the county the population is diverse age-wise, with 24.6% under the age of 18, 7.6% from 18 to 24, 28.4% from 25 to 44, 25% from 45 to 64, and 14.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 100.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.6 males. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 14935, The racial makeup of the county was 97.69% White, 1.12% Black or African American, 0.25% American Indian, 0.12% Asian, 0.01% Native Hawaiian, and 0.81% from two or more races.
