Fulton County is a county located in Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of county in 2000 stood at 11642 as per the Census data. The county encompasses an area of 620.31 miē (1606.6 kmē ), of which, 618.16 square miles (1601.03 kmē) of it is land and 2.16 square miles (5.59 kmē) of it is water, making it the 23rd smallest by size in Arkansas.
