Fulton City is a city in the Oswego County, New York, United States. The population of the city was 11855 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 11219, It is the 159th most populous in the U.S. state of New York. The city encompasses an area of 4.76 square miles (12.33 sq km ), of which, 3.82 square miles (9.89 sq km) of it is land and 0.94 square miles (2.43 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 218th largest by total area in New York.
