Fulton City is a city located in Hempstead County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. Fulton City had an official population of 245 in 2000. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 235, It is the 124th smallest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 0.2 sq mi (0.52 kmē ), of which, 0.18 square miles (0.47 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, making it Arkansas's 24th smallest by total area.
