Fruitland City is a one of the Wicomico County, Maryland, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 3774 as per the Census data. It covers total area of 3.55 square miles (9.19 square kilometre), of which, 3.55 square miles (9.19 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 171st largest by total area among Maryland.
