Frontenac City, St. Louis County, Missouri is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 3483 people (2000 census). The city encompasses an area of 2.85 sq mi (7.38 kmē), making it Missouri's 200th largest by total area.
