Friendsville City, Blount County, Tennessee is a city located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 890 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 921, making it Tennessee's 105th smallest. Its area is just over 3.16 mi˛ (8.18 square kilometre), it is the 229th largest by area in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
