Friendship Town is a town located in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of the town was 206 as per the 2000 census data. It covers total area of 0.73 square miles (1.89 square kilometre), it is the 124th smallest in terms of geographical size.
