Fredonia Borough is a borough located in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 652. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 597, It is the 381st smallest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 0.4 sq mi (1.04 square kilometre), making it the 231st smallest by size in Pennsylvania.
