Frederick Town is a town located in Brown County, South Dakota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of the town was 255 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 242, making it South Dakota's 196th largest. The town spans an area of 0.36 sq mi (0.93 square kilometre), it is the 107th smallest by area in the U.S. state of South Dakota.
