Frederick Town is a town located in Weld County, Colorado, in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 2467 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 8127, making it Colorado's 128th largest. It has total area of 8.7 miē (22.53 kmē), of which, 8.61 square miles (22.3 kmē) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 kmē) of it is water, making it the 57th largest by size in Colorado.

The population density was 286.4 people per square mile (110.58/kmē), making it the 56th least densely populated town in Colorado.
