Frazee City is a city located in the Becker County, Minnesota, United States. The city has a population of 1377 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 1375, making it the 283rd most populous in Minnesota. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.92 mi˛ (2.38 square kilometre), of which, 0.86 square miles (2.23 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Minnesota's 553rd largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1377 residents, 504 households, and 318 families in the city. The population density was 1593.2 people per square mile (615.14/km˛), it would be the 129th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
