Franklin Town is one of the town of Pendleton County, West Virginia, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 797 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 789, making it West Virginia's 177th largest. It has total area of 0.5 square miles (1.29 sq km), making it West Virginia's 73rd smallest by total area.
