Frankfort Springs Borough is a United States borough located in the Beaver County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 130 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 119, It is the 50th least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 0.25 mi˛ (0.65 sq km), making it the 124th smallest by size in Pennsylvania.

As of the census of 2000, there were 130 people, 48 households, and 34 families residing in the borough. The population density was 520.4 people per square mile (200.93/km˛), making it the 224th least densely populated borough in Pennsylvania. There were 51 housing units at an average density of 204 per square mile (78.76/km˛). The average household size was 2.71 persons, and the average family size was 3.32 persons. In the borough the population is diverse age-wise, with 20% under the age of 18, 13.1% from 18 to 24, 26.2% from 25 to 44, 26.2% from 45 to 64, and 14.6% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 88.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.6 males. The median age of the borough's population was 40 years, The median age of males was 37.8 years, for females the median age was 40.8 years. The racial makeup of the borough was 130 White, Black or African American, American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, from two or more races and Ohter races.
