Fountain City City is a city in the Buffalo County, Wisconsin, United States. The population of the city was 983 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 992, giving it the 374th largest population among Wisconsin. Its area is just over 5.57 sq mi (14.43 square kilometre), of which, 4.46 square miles (11.55 square kilometre) of it is land and 1.12 square miles (2.9 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 114th largest in terms of geographical size.
