Fort Lupton City is a city located in the Weld County, Colorado, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Fort Lupton City is home to 6787 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 7620, It is Colorado's 69th largest by population . The city comprises an area of 4.01 sq mi (10.39 sq km), of which, 3.98 square miles (10.31 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 113th largest by total area among Colorado.
