Fort Coffee Town is a town in the Le Flore County, Oklahoma, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 412 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 425 in July 2008, It is the 387th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The town extends throughout a territory of 6.44 sq mi (16.68 kmē ), of which, 6.43 square miles (16.65 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 164th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 412 people, 163 households, and 109 families residing in the town. The population density was 64.1 people per square mile (24.75/kmē), making it the 103rd least densely populated town in Oklahoma. There were 176 housing units at an average density of 27.4 per square mile (10.58/kmē). The average household size was 2.53 and the average family size was 3.17. In the town the population was distributed as follows: 23.8% under the age of 18, 9.7% from 18 to 24, 24% from 25 to 44, 28.6% from 45 to 64, and 13.8% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 104 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 106.6 males. The median age of the town's population was 41.3 years, the median age of male residents at 41 and the median age of female residents at 41.5. The racial or ethnic makeup of the town was 26.21% White, 62.86% Black or African American, 3.88% American Indian, 0% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 7.04% from two or more races and 0% Other races.
