Fort Calhoun City is a city located in the Washington County, Nebraska, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 856 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 908, It is the 142nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Nebraska. The city has a total area of 0.62 sq mi (1.61 sq km), it is the 170th largest in terms of geographical size.
