Forsyth City is one of the city of Rosebud County, Montana, located towards the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. Forsyth City had an official population of 1944 in 2000. The July 2008 population estimate is 1857, making it Montana's 47th largest. The city comprises an area of 1.11 mi˛ (2.87 sq km), making it the 166th largest by size in Montana.
