Florissant City is a city located in St. Louis County, Missouri, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Florissant City is home to 50497 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 50561, It is the tenth largest by population in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its area is just over 11.69 sq mi (30.28 kmē), of which, 11.37 square miles (29.45 kmē) of it is land and 0.33 square miles (0.85 kmē) of it is water, it is the 40th largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.
