Flippin City is a city located in the Marion County, Arkansas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1357 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1381, It is Arkansas's 168th largest by population . The city encompasses an area of 1.8 sq mi (4.66 sq km), giving it the 272nd largest by total area among Arkansas.
