Flemington Borough is a borough located in the Clinton County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1319. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1253, It is the 777th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough comprises an area of 0.45 square miles (1.17 kmē), giving it the 279th smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.
