Flatonia Town is one of the town of Fayette County, Texas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 1377 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1431, It is the 793rd most populous in the U.S. state of Texas. It covers total area of 1.64 sq mi (4.25 square kilometre), of which, 1.62 square miles (4.2 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 988th largest by total area among Texas.
