Flasher City is a city located in Morton County, North Dakota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 285 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 265 in July 2008, It is the 142nd largest by population in the U.S. state of North Dakota.
