Fishers Island Cdp is a United States census designated place located in the Suffolk County, New York, United States. In 2000, census designated place's population was 289 inhabitants. It is 20th least populous in New York. It covers total area of 4.2 sq mi (10.88 kmē), of which, 4.05 square miles (10.49 kmē) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 kmē) of it is water, it is the 260th largest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
