Finney County is a county in the United States of Kansas. In 2000, county's population was 40523 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 40998, making it the 11th most populous county in Kansas. The county spans an area of 1302.62 miē (3373.77 kmē), of which, 1301.77 square miles (3371.57 kmē) of it is land and 0.84 square miles (2.18 kmē) of it is water, it is the second largest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
