Finleyville Borough is a borough located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 459. It has total area of 0.17 sq mi (0.44 sq km), it is the 77th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
