Finley Cdp is a census designated place located in Benton County, Washington, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The census designated place has a population of 5770 as per the 2000 census data. It is the 157th largest by population in the U.S. state of Washington. It has total area of 14.56 sq mi (37.71 square kilometre), of which, 11.51 square miles (29.81 square kilometre) of it is land and 3.04 square miles (7.87 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 45th largest by area in the U.S. state of Washington.
