Fingal City is one of the city of Barnes County, North Dakota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 133. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 118, making it North Dakota's 223rd largest. It is spread over 0.4 mi˛ (1.04 square kilometre), it is the 215th largest by area in the U.S. state of North Dakota.
