Festus City is a city in the Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. It is home to over 9660 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 11246, It is Missouri's 75th largest by population . Its area is just over 4.78 sq mi (12.38 sq km), it is the 126th largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.
