Fenton City is a United States city located in the Genesee County, Michigan, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 10582 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 11678, making it Michigan's 110th largest. Its area is just over 6.88 sq mi (17.82 square kilometre), of which, 6.56 square miles (16.99 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.32 square miles (0.83 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 102nd largest by total area in Michigan.
