Felsenthal Town is a town located in the Union County, Arkansas, United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 152 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 149, giving it the 70th smallest population among Arkansas. The town extends throughout a territory of 1.68 sq mi (4.35 kmē ), of which, 1.46 square miles (3.78 kmē) of it is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 kmē) of it is water, making it Arkansas's 283rd largest by total area.
