Farmingdale Borough is one of the borough of Monmouth County, New Jersey, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 1587 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1569, It is the 66th smallest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The borough spans an area of 0.53 miē (1.37 kmē), making it New Jersey's 24th smallest by total area.
