Farmersburg City is a city located in Clayton County, Iowa, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 300. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 273, giving it the 593rd largest population among Iowa. It is spread over 0.4 mi˛ (1.04 sq km), makes it the 246th smallest by total area in Iowa.
