Fallston Borough is a United States borough located in the Beaver County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, borough's population was 307 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 288, making it Pennsylvania's 182nd smallest. The borough encompasses an area of 0.5 square miles (1.29 kmē ), of which, 0.45 square miles (1.17 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 315th smallest by total area in Pennsylvania.
