Falls Creek Borough is a borough in the Clearfield and Jefferson counties, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 983 as per the 2000 census data. The borough extends throughout a territory of 0.95 sq mi (2.46 sq km ), giving it the 750th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
