Falfurrias City is a city in the Brooks County, Texas, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 5297 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 4941, It is the 325th most populous in the U.S. state of Texas. The city encompasses an area of 2.75 sq mi (7.12 kmē), it is the 671st largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 5297 residents, 1801 households, and 1355 families in the city. The population density was 1926.4 people per square mile (743.79/kmē), it is Texas's 189th most densely populated city.
