Fairway City is a one of the Johnson County, Kansas, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 3952 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3843, It is 69th most populous in Kansas. The city encompasses an area of 1.14 square miles (2.95 kmē), it is the 159th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
