Fairview Village, Fulton County, Illinois is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 493 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 480, It is the 386th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Illinois. The city comprises an area of 4.24 sq mi (10.98 square kilometre), of which, 4.16 square miles (10.77 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 260th largest by total area among Illinois.
