Fairview Town, Cullman County, Alabama is a town located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 522 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 546, giving it the 135th smallest population among Alabama. Its area is just over 2.47 mi˛ (6.4 sq km), of which, 2.46 square miles (6.37 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it Alabama's 135th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 522 people in the town, organized into 188 households, and 144 families living in the town.
