Fairview City, Multnomah County, Oregon is a city located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. It is home to over 7561 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 9805, making it Oregon's 61st largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.47 square miles (8.99 kmē), of which, 3.2 square miles (8.29 kmē) of it is land and 0.27 square miles (0.7 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 84th largest by total area in Oregon.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 7561 residents, 16 households, and 12 families in the city. The population density was 2360.8 people per square mile (911.51/kmē), it is the 86th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Oregon.
