Fairview Borough, Pennsylvania is a borough of the Butler County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of the borough was 220 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 206 in July 2008, It is the 116th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 0.14 mi˛ (0.36 square kilometre), making it the 58th smallest by size in Pennsylvania.
