Fairfield Town is one of the town of Spokane County, Washington, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 494 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 582, It is the 109th smallest in terms of population. It is spread over 0.63 sq mi (1.63 square kilometre), making it Washington's 72nd smallest by total area.
