Fairfield City is a city in the Camas County, Idaho, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 395 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 417 in July 2008, giving it the 64th smallest population among Idaho. It has total area of 0.33 square miles (0.85 kmē), making it the 46th smallest by size in Idaho.
