Fair Oaks Town, Wagoner and Rogers counties, Oklahoma is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 122 as per the Census data. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 75, making it Oklahoma's 105th smallest. The town extends throughout a territory of 17.36 mi˛ (44.96 sq km ), of which, 17.34 square miles (44.91 sq km) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, it is the 59th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 122 people in the town, organized into 53 households, and 31 families residing in the town.
