Eyota City is a United States city located in the Olmsted County, Minnesota, United States. The population of the city was 1644 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1765, It is the 266th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It has total area of 1.55 sq mi (4.01 sq km), it is the 369th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
